Without The Different Ending ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaya’ Is Nothing!

Just came back after watching ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaya’ and i really don’t understand what was so great about the movie? Yes i agree the acting was good, music was excellent and the ending was different. So does this make the movie and story to be great? I don’t think so.

The movie was dragging the whole way with one plot and kept on repeating the story on the that one plot. Thank god Rahman’s music kept me awake or if not i would have surely slept of in the Cinema cause i was so bored. I am sure a lot won’t agree with me maybe cause it was a romantic movie? Oh come on, this movie is not even 10% close to Gowtham Menon’s romantic hit ‘Minnale’. Hope another ‘Minnale’ like hit comes out soon!

I have to agree with you, don’t know what was the hype all about. As you said Minnale and I think Alaipayuthey are the good example of romantic movies, even though I’m not a big fan of that genre. Trisha can’t act to save a kitten’s life and most probably I will stab myself if someone ask me to watch the movie again :)
