Multiply Listens And Cares For Users

I am currently doing a quick clean up on my Multiply account, because i have decided to move to multiply for my socializing activities (a part from facebook which not really my kind of thing, but using for my friends). In multiply i noticed that there were to many pending invites which just messed up my account. This invites are for Friendster / Bebo friends mainly. Since there wasn’t an option to re-voke all the pending invites, i just contacted Multiply’s customer service personnel and this is the chat transcript.



To my surprise, they actually responded to me within 2 days time and the best part is action was already taken in the 2 days. Wow, this is fast for a big social network team by them. A part from that their customer service personnel was also very friendly. If i didn’t get a Flickr Pro account, i would have surely gone pro in Multiply by now. One other reason, why i prefer Multiply so much!
