Again after work my friend and I wanted to just take a drive somewhere. This time we went to Kuala Selangor where the Fireflies Park is located. It is also known as “Kampung Kuantan Fireflies Park” or “Taman Kelip Kelip”. This is the place where you can just take a boat ride and watch all the Fireflies kept in this reserved place glitter in the night.

Since it was early in the morning and there are restrictions to the resort (No cameras, handphones, torchlights and etc allowed), we decided to go to the Firefly Boat Jetty instead. This is the place where you can just take a boat ride to view all the fireflies without having to go to the resort. It looked abandoned to me in the morning, but hey they let me use the camera at that time (but there was a sign board saying no cameras allowed even here).

Place looked like they were doing some maintenance, but it was a nice place to just hang out. Once i manage to take a night boat ride, i will surely try to sneak a picture or a video and share it out. For now the resort is a wonderful place to start for a family vacation and so on.
