“My Only Chellam” – Tamil Short Film

A short film which came out from a simple idea i obtained some time back and was made as a fun project to fill my free time. Story of a guy who cheats girls for fun and when something bad happens he realizes his mistake but was it to late?

Made this short film also as a way to learn more about media editing, special effects, 3D animation, sound editing and etc. Since i made this movie alone, i decided to finish it alone with me acting in it. I ain’t a good actor, but well, guess i did the job ‘ok’ :)

One Night Around Alor Setar, Kedah

Went out on a night ride around Alor Setar, Kedah and managed to get this glowing shots in really dark condition. It was a really beautiful and peaceful outing.

Will be going again soon to the same place to take more silence in the dark shots.

Cloned: KFC Cheese Sauce Powder

I am an extremely big fan of the Cheese Sauce used by KFC on their Cheesy Wedges and i guess most of you guys would share the same interest as me. Recently i managed to find someone online selling a variant of cheese powder which is supposed to taste the same as KFC’s and to my surprise it was 99% the same.

You just need to add hot water to the cheese powder and enjoy it when it becomes the cheese sauce. So now i can enjoy my burger and fries with this cheese sauce. Online price is from RM12 – RM16 per 200g, depends on the person you get it from.

My View: 1Malaysia IPTV Service

A new service introduced to Malaysians which is the free IPTV service called 1Malaysia IPTV which offers some good channels for free on their website and also on mobile devices.

1Malaysia IPTV Overview:

At the time of writing this post, there were 9 channels such as MyTV, RTM1, RTM2, TV3, TV AL-Hijrah, CCTV News, CCTV Documentry, eRama and ET Korea. eRama was in coming soon mode, MyTV looked good as a Malaysian channel but i really don’t understand what was the reason a Korean channel was included? 1Malaysia IPTV should have channels for Malaysians if i am not mistaken for instance Malay, Chinese and Indian channels. Maybe soon they would start such channels i hope.

Quality on the web looked ok, but mobile looked poor maybe to save bandwidth which is a good idea. Service seems to be down from time to time, maybe proper testing should have been done before starting it off. As for me, i do watch local channels for news purpose and this is a good start for those like me. Hoping to see more good channels on this service soon.

Note: I was not able to find the Honeycomb version of this app in the Android market.

Taiping War Memorial Cemetery, Perak

This memorial which is located in Bukit Larut, Taiping is made for those soldiers who died during the Japanese invasion in Malaysia. They are from different ethnic but were reunited here as one. Most of them are still unidentified, but their memories remain intact here. Little feeling of sadness did come to me when i was here.

No bodies were buried here, it is just a memorial for those soldiers and now it is a tourist attraction :)

Installed Adobe Creative Suite 5 Master Collection

Just got my PC fixed and minor up-gradation was done and the first thing i installed was the Adobe Creative Suite 5. I know it is not the latest version, but this is the version that runs smoothly on my current system.

So with all these new toys i am expecting myself to be occupied for some time and also more work are running on my workshop!

Sam Poh Tong Oriental Garden, Ipoh

Sam Poh Tong is a cave temple located in Ipoh and one of the main attraction is the landscaping of the Oriental Garden. When i was there, i really felt like i was abroad. It felt like i was in China. It is a really beautiful attraction that everyone should see.

The Photos:

I noticed that the person maintaining the place had to use a small boat to access most of the landscaped area due to the floating concept. Really nice environment. Do check it out.

Medical Or Tech Term?
